A VIDEO DEMONSTRATING THE RAS RIVAAZ RITUAL EXERCISES AND SEQUENCE
This is a year long MA project intended to provide ergonomic support of the feet and the body.
It is inspired by feet training in Bharatnatyam- a classical South Indian dance.
The five exercises-based rituals involve phases of this training: Padha (Feet), Tatta (Stamp),
Natta (Balance), Tattimedi (Realign) and Teermanam (Reflect).
Every individual piece of this lifestyle collection was made with after extensive research into foot health products, footwear styles and patterns, relevant materiality to provide a simple solution to burden that our feet bear everyday.
